howdy

Hey everyone,
Life has been good. John recently got promoted at work, and will be taking a business trip to Washington D.C. on April 19-23. While he's on his trip I'm gonna make a trip to my mom and dad's house to see them for a few days. Jeremiah will get to see his Nana and Papa.
Jeremiah had his 18 month check up back on March 5. He is 33" tall and weighs 24 lbs. He is a perfectly healthy little man. He is now wearing mainly 2T or 24 month size clothes. We've been looking at clothes in the next size and if they are on sale for a really good price we're buying them so that way when he's actually in that size we'll have started getting clothes for that size.
A few weeks ago we went to Dallas for a night. It was a wonderful time. It was a good trip just for our little family. We went to the Galleria. We tried a couple of sandwich places that were more locally owned there. One was alright the other one was Potbelly Sandwich Works, and it was AMAZING. That was the best sandwich I've had before. We bought Jeremiah a green polo and some khaki shorts at the Galleria. Later that day we went to the two-story Kohl's that is in Plano Texas, and John bought a shirt. We stayed at an Embassy Suites down there. Jeremiah slept horribly that night. On that Saturday we went to the Grapevine Mills Mall. Jeremiah was pretty cranky while we were there because he only got maybe 5 hours of sleep on that Friday night. We were at the mall for about an hour maybe an hour and a half (if even that long), so we left the mall and started heading back as if we were going home, but Jeremiah passed out as soon as we got on the interstate. We decided to act like we were going back to the hotel then we were gonna go back to Grapevine Mills because there was still a few stores we wanted to go to there. We made it back to the mall and went to Children's Place and bought Jeremiah 2 pairs of shorts. Also the first time we were there we bought him 2 sleeveless shirts and then a short-sleeved shirt. Ultimately Jeremiah made out like a bandit in clothes that weekend. On Sunday of that weekend we went to Target and John bought himself 3 polo shirts and 2 pairs of khaki cargo shorts. John got a lot of clothes that weekend too.
John has figured out that with his promotion that he got at work that we could probably have our student loans paid off by May to June 2014 instead of Jun or July of 2018 or 2019. That is really exciting for us, because we'll be able to do more "nice" stuff in just over 4 years as opposed to like 8 or 9 years. All and all life is going great and I cannot complain. Just thought I'd give everyone an update.
